Faith Flow (Vinyasa)- Beginner to Intermediate:
All levels are welcome (yes, sweet beginner, that means you!), but participants must* be comfortable with moving from floor to standing and back again...this is a flow class, meaning that we move from asana to asana (pose to pose) on the breath...there are some long holds in asana, but this class "flows"....

I get this question a LOT. Or, I have folks asking me for insight about it. *Recently, another friend asked me to watch a video she had just seen on a news program, about an article written against yoga as Christians, and I thought: “why have I not shared this in a public post, rather than just one-by-one incidences?” This is taken from that latest interaction*…

So as you can guess, I could write a NOVEL on this topic, being that I:
In one of my devotional studies this year, God revealed to me that our true "labor" should be laboring to enter into His rest. The rest that He provided through the finished work of Jesus on the Cross. And did you know that before Jesus went to the Cross, He bequeathed to you and I who follow and believe Him, HIS Shalom?
Shalom in Hebrew is not just a greeting like Ciao, or Aloha...its meaning goes deeper.
It means Welfare/Well-being, Health, Prosperity, and yes, Peace!
So He said, in effect, I am leaving you all of THAT. That is your inheritance upon my death...so do not let your heart be troubled, and do not be afraid!
