I have been asked this many times: "can I lose weight doing yoga?"
Short answer is yes. Absolutely. In fact, I lost about 6 lbs in a month or so when I first started way back in the early 2000's...and for someone who is only 5'1.5", that is LOT! Like, A. LOT. A LOT ALOT A LOT. (see p.s. at the bottom...)
